Young Efficiency Group is an efficiency consultation company that also builds products. We help operators remove friction so saved hours compound into cash and capacity.
What YEG does
We design practical systems that cut delay, clarify ownership, and protect the hours that matter. Some of that work ships as products. Some of it is fixed-scope consultation. Both exist for the same reason: tools and consultation around efficiency really save clients time and money in the long run.
We are based in Alberta, Canada. We work with shops and operators who already run a real business—and want less waste between demand and booked work.

The Efficiency Map is a fixed-scope consult. We show where the business leaks time, which fix pays first, and what to leave alone. Instant Intake is often the first install; the Map finds what comes next.
We do not sell endless retainers. We sell clarity, a ranked set of moves, and products that earn their place.
